  • Architected a database-first CRM and MCP platform consolidating Stripe, ShipStation, Shippo, HubSpot, Gmail and Excel order data into Postgres-backed tools for customer lookup, order operations, shipping and reporting.
  • Built a React and AG Grid operations portal with JWT auth, role-based access, server-side filtering and pagination, label purchase flows, CSV export, and audited webhook updates.
  • Implemented AI-assisted ticket automation that classifies inbound messages, summarises customer context, and prevents duplicate replies using idempotent Postgres state.

  • Developed a Next.js admin and an Expo, React Native and Mapbox mobile app for listing curation and discovery.
